FOR ONCE, ive managed to do my work before time. (ok not really for once, but for this sem at least.) yes!!! i finished that silly cafe web mailer thing which is due on tues. yayyyy! maybe cos i composed myself n was determined to finish it by today! and here it is, not say very happy with ir. but im just too lazy to change it!

anyways, been long since i blogged. maybe cos theres nth much happening that makes me wanna blog. leading a very boring life for now! SIGH! and i thought the next week will be my proj week! BUT NO! its some silly work in progress exhibition, for the level 3s to come comment on our work. not good man. i really thought i can have some off time to redo my recipe proj. i realise it looks like crap. OH WELL!

anyways, i think i really need like a evening job or a weekend job man. IM CASH-LESS! and it feels like shit! this is my worst financial year i suppose. my holiday savings usually last me at least till oct. now im soooo broke! and my NEED list is getting long! (note, its need! not want.) sigh! i dunno what im gonna do man. hoping i'll strike 4d without even having to play. LOL! i dunno how that works but i want it to.

today, i realised, its sept and its my bday month. ahha. totally not looking forward to it! i think i've got alot to do. i dunno. just feel like this birthday is not worth celebrating la. too many other things to look forward to. not really look forward but to even THINK about. i dont know how am i going to cope. but i'll have to. i will!

problems aside, one thing im looking forward to is deepavali. hahaha. i dunno why. but this yr im excited about it. nothing special is gonna happen. but yea, just excited. hehe.

allllll this aside. ive got to stay focused in my work. i think ive been slacking quite badly this sem. SO, i'm off to do my ad proj now and tmr! hope to finish it by wed. and redo my final dish for recipe proj. i hate being sick:(

my entire long weekend was spent lying on my bed and eating disgusting medicines.

i hate eating medicines btw. (yes, i know no one likes to. OH WELL!)

the fever was on for 3 days! arg. with fever come body-aches n headaches; need i mention the BLOCKED nose!

but yea, feeling slightly better today. was at least able to do my homework.(finally!)

oh yes, another reason why i hate to be sick is cos, i cant taste good food! dammit. nothing seems nice. nothing smells nice either :(

im craving for all the good food now. and bubble tea, which my mum say i shouldn't even think abt for the next 2 weeks at least:((((((((

anyways, since i was talking abt food. i was watching this cooking for love programme on tv just now. (that was why i wanted to blog actually.) it was soo touching. this younger brother was going to cook for his elder sis. they both don't talk to each other at all. even if something has to be said, she will sms him even if he's right beside her. (i thank god here for me n my brother being in good terms. okay, cancel the good and read as super good.) the gap btw em was not created because of a fight or anything. they just grew far apart cos of the difference btw them. (sad ryt, i know) so then this guy cooked for her and when she came home she was obviously shocked to see cameras n all with her brother there. then the brother gave her this card saying that he really loves her n stuff. and he got sooo emotional. he started crying n expressed to her how much he loves her and that he envies siblings that are close to each other. he really wanted to break the barrier that has been created unknowingly btw the both of them. he cried so much.(i couldnt stop crying at this point.) the sis said that she also loves him but just didnt know how to show it. cos it has been years since they talk and doesnt know how to just go talk to him

. so yea, with the help of this program the siblings definately got to express their feelings to each other n im sure they're in gd terms now.

so sweet ryt. i was so moved. i cant believe how someone can stay in the same house n not talk to each other. i'd rather die man. its a torture. and i give this program 5 stars! :)

ive been having the best of my last week of holidays. god's so good, he made devi stay at home also! ahahahaha. shes got leave for 7 days too till like thurs. so can spend my holidays with me. ehehehe. today's makeover was fun! despite my headache i managed to have fun. i dunno whats wrong with my body system! having this badddd badd headache which spreads from the jaws to jaws to forehead to head and all the way till my neck! its just soooo painful lor! i hope its not gonna continue. i cant imagine doing assignments till late with this bad headache man. it'll be terrible! going to see a doc tmr to find out the prob!

spring cleaning at home was alot of fun! hahaha. m and my brother making a fool of each other. and as usual he disturbing me la. haha. today i feel the aches from scrubbing the floor:(

anyways after that met amaris. then we went to see SAM since it was the museum night festival or smth. nth so great actually. but it was shelter from the rain la. yes, it rained!!! i pitied the stall holders at the flea! all drenched. esp this girl who i saw was totally totally wet la! so poor thing. anyways, flea was ok cos it was too crow

ded and space was so narrow and it was so dark. so yea. managed to find a nice skirt though :)

oh yea.. on the way back when me n ama were walking toward the mrt at raffles city mall had a drama. we were walking behind this man n women. the guy was walking next to her la. i thought they knew each other at first. then all of a sudden this guy just SLAMMED her to the side and she banged the glass window thing really really REALLY hard! i got a shock of my life i tell u! he just pushed her like that and just continued walkign as if nth happened. then he turned back gave that arrogant face n continued walking. the women was stunned! i went to ask if shes ok. she was totally stunned! she asked me if it was on purpose. i just told her maybe he's something wrong kind. super scary la. thank god i was behind but then again i feel for

the women la. CRAZY MAN!

oh yes, another thing. on my way back in the train i was caught IN BETWEEN 2 malay couples! one was still not tooooo bad. the other young annoying couple. oh god! i was on the verge of telling them to get a room! ANNOYING! the guy was probably the most desperate guy ive seen in my life! eewwww. i was WAITINGGGGG for my stop to come man. no, im not deprived or what so ever. i just cant stand couples cuddling like as if they gonna make out right there- IN PUBLIC (like when the train/bus is aready extremely crowded) ahyoh.... okay... i'm done ranting!

REAL holidays for another 3 weeks! wait, left with only 2 and a quarter week. this week has been really good i must say. i've been making full use of it. hehe. thanks to everyone who has been spending their time with me as well. looking forward to tmr with my cousins.

today went swensons-ing with MUM! haha, she finally satisfied her black pepper pasta craving. lol. then went to meet amaris! an impromtu outing to see this Verner Panton exhibition at national museum with amaris. veryyy nice! the lights were so pretty! i always have a thing with lights! so cool. there was this yellow light area and it was just too cool. amaris has the photo... and there was this special room where its like all cushioned and diff coloured. i dunno how to explain. but it was very nice! like some relaxation room or destress room. unfortunately no photography was allowed... but i managed to discreetly take with my OLD and LOUSY phone cam. lol. better than nth la hor. they had few funiture designs as well. i wasnt very into it though. lol.

and today i was in a totally spending mood! i came back feeling so so guilty :( but but, i am happy with my purchases! STILL! i must learn how to budget. really really. sighhhhhhhhh!

right, havent blog in a long long time!

i actually have quite abit to blog about man.

holidays have been pretty much fun i would say. work has been okay, till now i dun enjoy going to my workplace though the ppl are more friendly towards me aready... but still, i dread going there! lol, i prefer working at student care 10 times more! lol. i'll be stopping on 4th july to enjoy the rest of the 3 weeks before the hectic academic yr starts! :)))

did many photoshoots last week! my most happening weekend after a long long time! fri, sat and sunday photoshooting! pretty tiring. but i guess when u enjoy doing something, the tireness just disappears! i'm still in midst of editing them. photoshoot with amaris will be prob be out like end of july only. gejax photoshoot will prob be out soon

on another note, i went for pravin bro's farewell party. and i think its really so nice to be surrounded by ppl who truely care and love you. he's leaving for US for 2 years. ppl from outside may think, yea so? its just 2 yrs. like going to study abroad, no big deal. but this was just different. he's just so dear to everyone that 2 yrs feels like a decade. infact i'm not really close to him, but it just saddens me to know he wouldnt be ard for the next 2 yrs. BUT, its going to be huge milestone for him i'm sure. representing his whole force(not sure if it army or navy or air force) he has been selected among so many ppl! i guess, all we have to do, is to be extremely proud and happy for him and hope 2 yrs will pass by extremely fast!

I NEED TO EXERCISE!!!! i've put on SOO MUCH OF WEIGHT! cant reveal how much here. its just too much! though prob u cant see it cos its all hidden! lol! i wanna play badminton, start jogging again, swimming and i'm craving for a match of either frisb, netball or captain ball. any girls up to it? let us plsssss!

about my work, pretty okay in terms of WORK. but i just dun like the working environment la. so unfriendly one. and they all talk in chinese like 24hrs la! so annoying!

first day of work, i ate all alone :(

the second day, today, i sat along with the rest but never talk lor. all talk in chinese. wah, myself sit alone. lol.

but oh well! just for one month. i think i'll just be anti-social for this month. ehehe.

oh yes, and the distance is crazy man! going to work no problem, brother fetches me :)

havent updated! lol. cos i'm a lazy girl. anyways, i've been looking for a job already! cos like everyone knows, im bored at home and i need money for my retail therapy. so yea, have to work for it! and tmr i got an interview for a part time art teacher job. hope to get that AT LEAST! oh well. besides looking for job, i havent been doing anything fruitful. oh wait. i did! i did 3 illustrations. suppose to finish 10 and bind it into a book. but yea. lol. SAY NO MORE.

yest went to clarke quay with ama n zane! we went there for the flea actually. since it was at a nice place, me n ama decided to dress up! hehehe. anyways, it was really a good flea. reallly alot of things. but its way way way toooooo squeezy!! difficult to dig for the clothes. ama just bough one top. and i didnt buy anything :( nvm, another one coming up on the 10th and another on the 31st may. i know the 31st one is a very gd one. save up! so yea, after all the squeezing, we went to eat donner at manhattan fish market. i really like the service! they're really good. food was okay as well. somehow i liked it more than fish n co. prob cos i was able to finish the fish. FOR THE FIRST TIME! hehehe. so yea. after dinner and alot of talking we walked along clarke quay took pics, talked and left about 10 for home! :))

right now i have to go shower and visit malli aunt! oh not to forget, EAT LUNCH. i'm smelling really good food from the kitchen! hehehehe.

this was last thursday's 5 grace gathering! i realised the guys are not as loud as they were the last time. and it was a pity that ian n ken were not able to join us! :( and and, so many of them drive already! im tempted to take at least START by taking the basic theory. LOL.

anyways, bout assesments, not too bad. oh, but super happy that got a A for advertising project! that was a complete surprise i tell you! me n fara were expecting to see a D on the cover page. and we were like WHAT! A?????! hahahaha. super happy! now that makes me to think if i should go advertising. then again, saw the comment for studio assesments saying that my strength is in illustration. hmmmm?? so now, this holidays i wanna brush up on my graphic side. i think i'm the worst at it. i have a whole long list of things to do ready. super long list that i cant even type it out. and an even longer list on things to buy!! so many gadgets to get. those itself are gonna cost a bomb! sigh. i really need moneyyyyy! need to work. but i dun wanna do it so soon. must rest first mah. hope i get a gd job. no student care job for this holis. i should step out of it and tryy something new. so yea! hehe

anyways, bout today!!! i went to kimrobinsons at taka for a hair cut! mum had a complimentary hair service there, which she didnt want to go, so she asked me to go! goodness. it was a true experience. i've got to blog about this in detail!

hahahaha. i felt like a princess there!!! it was super posh. i was led by this SUPER CUTE looking chinese guy to the hairdressing area. then he put on for me layers of protections. hahaha. asked me for drinks. (which i didnt dare ask for, hehe) pssttt, he was smiling all the while! aww, *faints* i thought he was the one gonna do the hair cut for me. then i realised he's just the shampoo boy. or maybe in a nicer way, the assistant.

then this HOT hong kong guy (SAM,his name) came. and he was like "hiii wat can i do for u today!" hahaha. *faints for the second time* and he said my curls were very pretty! wheeee! hahaha. he explained to me what he's gonna do then the assistant brought me to the shampoo place. he massaged my head for so long. wah, it was like in heaven. no exaggeration. really awesome! so yea, after that was the hair cut then hair blow then done! hehe. pssttt(2) there was another cute caucasian on my left attending to the other customer. lolll! then yea, SAM told me, "if u have the time, come see me next week so that i can see how ur hair looks. blablah" and i was like yea sure! (like real, no money ah!) oh he also asked me if i'm going out, i said yes but he heard it as no and went "ohh u should with this beautiful hair." passttt(3)he had a cute expression while saying that! *faints for the thrid time!* hahahaha. cheap thrills man. (cheap just cos it was complimentary. otherwise i bet its super ex. LOL) but the thing is, they didnt just do anyhow just cos it was a complimentary thing. they were really professional.(i just found out, the price for a normal consultation,haircut,wash and blow is actually $158!)

so yea, just to share this beautiful posh classy experience with u guys! hehe. and to my lady loves, if u wanna be treated like a princess, GO book appointment at KIMROBINSONS! i BET u'll have no regrets! i just loved it! hahahahaha. was a fantastic treat after the assesments! whoooo! oh yes, thanks to my dear gejax for following me! hahaha. at least u get to oogle over the cute guys to.. hehehehe.

i ended sch kinda early, since no ad class ready. called that lazy pig gaja to go lunch with me but she say she still sleepy ( EXPECTED! lol)

so,i thought i buy back food. and i bought SOO much of food in the end!! let me list them down...

HAPPY VALENTINES' DAY!!

i didnt do anything in the end for anyone. LOL. ii realised ive got no more materials like last time. think ive used up all my bits and pieces which i kept. cant even find felt paper at home. ahyoh. need to restock! no moneyyyyy :(

before i start blogging proper, need u guys to help me out in my project. just to make sure what im doing is clear enough.

i was given a word and i had to break it up into its syllabic structure. and i have to rep each syllabus with an object that has the either the same or somehow similar to the original pronunciation. so help me out and see if u can combine the representation of the syllabus and find out the word yup!

the example they gave us is the word EXAMPLE and they used EGGS, HAM and PILL to rep the syllabus. okay, so this is mine.... guess k? LOL!

saw this dad and a girl whose about sec 2 or 3 walking pass in my block. and the dad was carrying the girl's bag and she was like telling her dad what happened in sch(something bout odd and even, bout not being fair) that bond and communication btw the both of them...

finally reached my house at about 12 and stayed up till about 3 plus playing ludo again and poker cards! could't stay awake after that. too tired.

next morning woke up and went to have breakfast together. bro woke up also. so we decided to play more poker. then played the animal game. super funny! bro was so funny! haha. then we thought of playing monpoly. so bro went to fetch sathiya along with the monopoly. it was the international one. so there was no collar quay road or robinson rd. instead it was new york st and stuff. lol. i went to jail many time la! we cheanged the rule to our benefit also. lol. very fun. had to leave halfway to go meet amaris for shopping!

but after i left bro had to leave too, sothey ended the game pretty soon after i left. so we've decided to play properly one of these days. lol

yup, i met amaris at bugis and did some catching up and some shopping! didnt buy much la, just a pumps, belt and few earrings! more shopping to come when i get my pay:))))))

and amaris is going japan! i wanna also. lol.

so from gejax house sent meena back to her house then headed to shals house!

lavanya ran to the door when she heard us! hahahaha. sooooo cute! so yea, had dinner there! then watched tv, uncle taxi, ethu enna paatu, etc. lavanya joined us! haha. shes so cute. she was too excited to sleep.

after tv time was SLUMBERRRR PARTYYYYY! we changed to our pajamas that we bought from cotton on very long ago. bought it to have a pajamas partyy. and finally we did. took many pics! then watched saroja, me and maeg sneaked out IN OUR PAJAMAS to get some snacks. recieved some weird looks but oh well! haha.

starting with monday! went to work in the morning then went back home to get all my stuff for the night,day after and for jurong.

well, okay i didnt really have those blastful birthday. but a rather toned-down birthday. haha. but i was a happy kid today! felt just all smiles today. haha. and i spent quality time with my family. my mum did so many things for me. she gave me a present ready, my birthday suit, then at 12 she gave this cute thing with my fav choc in it. then se cooked the most tastiest dishes and baked a cake for me. she really did so many things to make my birthday special. i really really am SOOOO gifted to have her as my mum! love her like dunno how much. beyond just words. she just makes me feel special everytime! anyways i also wanna thank EVERYONE who wished me! and for all the presents! yay! ur msges are all so sweet! haha ninteen! my last teen! haha. must enojoy while it lasts. (i havent uploaded pics of today. so lazy :P )

moving one day back. i had an advanced birthday dinner with amaris n zane on sat! was sooo amazing. i really love this 2 precious ppl in my life! they complete me! i loved the dinner, the presents, the movie, the company, blah blah blah! love ya'll!

critique week is finally over for me!! okay, not quite cos i didnt do my photography presentation today!! :( its like postponed to the week after next! arg! i'd rather get it over and done with actually man. but oh well!

about the whole week. as usual i didnt sleep! i was super deprived of my sleep! integrated comm was pretty alright. suang suan asked me to add more ideas and develope my final model abit more but other than that she said my work was pretty gd! YAY!

for my zine colin said was good as well! yay!! i was very happy with it also la. altough i spent so much on it:( but it turned out so pretty. everyone in my class did a very gd job la. they all looked sooo good! and colin said we're a creative bunch! whoo.

in contrast to that! shannon said she was very disappoined with our class. WTH! i seriously dislike her man. i mean, she gives no hope or ANY word of encouragement at all. all she does is easily criticise. so annoying! anyways haent got the feedback form from her. only would i know what i have to redo. and i hope its just improve on it and not redo! like what lester said, it has a whole lot of difference.

as for photograhy i am pretty pleased with my photographs! i have more than 6 nice ones actually put only needed to summit six. so yea. bishan park is such a nice place to take so pretty pics man! and and gejax was an amazing model!! hahaha. thousand thanks! she climed three,swing on it, climbed bridge,tolerate dragonflies,red ants blah blah! ahaha. and yes girl, i pwe a a BB! in the bus too. cos i have to carry alot of things to school, so my bag is kinda big, n HEAVY! be in shoulder bag or bagpack. its, like kinda big. and the bloody aunties would stand in the worst position expecting ppl not to even touch them as though they're some clean freaks when actually they smell worst then smelly tofu! and when my bag or watever im holding touches them abit then TSK me. damn! i do say sorry but that word has no value to them at all lor. wahhh, so annoying!

there was also once when this women not too old, sat in the outer seat. so i was tired n decided to sit inside. and she literally pushed my bag! omg i was shocked ya know. like WTF?!

sooooo, devi and company had it all planned! was so exicting! went down earlier to help out with deco, but didnt do much! lol. the guys n devan anne was doing it. so yea, i was playing with sabrish! he's SOOOOOOO adorable!

anyways, bro was in total shock when he reached the destination.
infact when he came out of the taxi, he though it was someone else's function. he realised till ravi anne annouced to welcome the birthday boy VADIVEILAN. hahaha! so fun!
had lots of fun, me n gejax sang for brother! glad he liked it! yayy!
the dance was hillarious! soooo enjoyable. hahaha.

i havent had time to blog!! even now, im half dead aready.

stayed in sch along with jax hong n justen(who PS-ed, lol) to do work! i did very little actually but i was so sure that if i came home first i wouldn't have touched any work. so yea. and im very happy that i'm still close with them. i thought once we go into our specialism we'll def seperate n stuff but we didnt! :) infact i think i got closer to jax esp after sch re-opened. haha. oh oh, and hong was such a gentleman to me n jax today!!!wowwww ryt. he followed us to the bus stop cos he said its late night aready. lol. so nice ryt. hes very nice la. lol. yesterday i went to watch the firworks with gejax,prinesh n aish!

oh anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!

it was sooo fun! hahaa. we first had dinner at lau pa sat. was pretty okayyy though.

the satay wasnt nice :( i was so sad cos i was craving for it!!!

that aside, the fireworks was so pretty!!!

and the company was awesome. we 4 had GREAT fun togther. laughing n joking ard.

and it was so nice to like watch ard fellow singaporeans. the togetherness. AWWW.was wonderful! yay!!

there were few super funny incidents like the super humourous cocasian man n the grp of malay guys in tthe mrt, and also the cam whoring sessions!

last sun! before pree left to perth again :(

we had loads of fun in the shorttttt period of time. slacked with gejax first. while waiting for her. went shopping, did hair extensions(which i took out within 3 days. lol.)

then when we met pree we cam whored! haha. i had to. cos the next time im gonna see her is prob after YEARS! sigh. slacked at the bar which we randomly went just for the seats to sit down n chill. gosh! was getting late so we left after a while.

sometimes i like the feeling of loneliness.

i wish, this place is mine for a week. with absolutely NO one around. doing things completely my way, my stlye and my wish, all by myslef!

and sometimes i just hate to accomodate others and their feelings. i mean like anyone. even the most SIMPLEST thing; be it at work, sch or home.

but i also know that, whatever i do, i have to keep others in mind. even the simplest actions i do, i have to think bout others n their feelings. cos the whole world doesnt just revolve ard me- unfortunately.

MICA, family day for duck tours was so cool! thenafter was shopping spree!

btw, i got my results quite some time ago. and i would say i didnt do veryyy well, neither did i do badly. its like my average grade was like 69.3 ! so yea. nth to be so happy about neither sad. but im just glad im going to communication design for my level 1! yippyyy! must strive for much much better grade!

anyways! the other day, last tues i think. went for badminton with devi and gejax! whoo. 2 solidddd hours! seriously was so heavy! i had aches all over the next day! oh yes, and two cute guys joined us. haha. they're sooo cheeky! but so active n energetic man. haha! had lotsa fun! :D\

dinner was awesome. eating and chatting and laughing away. haha.

oh, it was also mine and suba' eating day! gosh eat so much. dinner at thai express then had mcflurry, then had the huge paper thosai and then cheese egg prata! all these within just a few hours. so sinful man. but OH WELL. haha.

was just having fun with all of them! :)

GAJALAKSHMI BIRTHDAY tuesday 20/5/08

my darling's birthday! haha. she turned 20 on the 20th! so of course we had to surprise her! haha!

morning, went to temple. get blessings! and headed home for lunch cos mum cooked her fav! haha.

love this colour combination! totally rocks!

then she headed home to get changed and meet up with prinesh! me and prinesh sort of met up earlier and suprised her with a cake in the cc! hahah. she was really surprised! YAY!! love the company of this 2 girls. forever girls! and yes, they cake was awesome! so was dinner at new york!

next up was another surprise by her other clique! with me of course. lol! shelly, lux,uma and suresh were waiting at her block to surprise her with the cake! i conspired with shelly and the surprise was a sucessful surprise! yay again! i havent got the pics from shelly yet. so stay tuned. :)

i havent got gejax anythng yet! dunno what to. haha. but i promise it'll something u'll like babe! haha. but i glad i was able to spend the whole day with her! yayness!
